To reserve an apartment:
You must complete the following steps to make a reservation at Crestview Apartments.


1. Print and complete the Application for Residence.

2. Mail completed application with $200.00 security deposit to the following address. Make checks payable to Crestview Apartments.

NOTE: Do not send application to the address of the apartment you wish to live in.


3. Crestview Apartments will mail you the Rental Contract, which must be signed and returned within 7 days in order to guarantee your reservation. The school year contract period begins on the Saturday before classes start in August and ends on the last day of finals in May. Summer contracts begin the Monday after spring graduation and end the second week of August.
